The project was envisioned as a modern, collaborative, and brand-driven workspace that not only meets functional requirements but also reflects the ethos of warmth, connection, and efficiency that defines La Lorraine.

Client Brief
The client sought a contemporary office environment that balances professionalism with a welcoming atmosphere. Their requirements included a reception and waiting area with subtle brand expression, ergonomic workstations for seamless collaboration, hot-desking solutions to support hybrid and flexible working, private cabins for executives and finance teams, and focus rooms to enable concentration. In addition, a tech-enabled meeting room with acoustic control and a breakout pantry hub were essential to foster interaction, teamwork, and employee well-being.

Design Solution
Hashtag Interiors delivered a full turnkey fit-out that translates the client’s vision into a cohesive workplace. The reception area sets the tone with understated branding and a warm, professional welcome. Open-plan workstations and hot-desking zones were strategically planned to maximize space utilization and support modern, agile work styles. Executive and finance cabins offer privacy while maintaining visual transparency, and acoustic pods and focus rooms provide flexibility for individual or hybrid work needs. A breakout pantry hub serves as a vibrant social space, encouraging interaction and team bonding beyond the desk.

The design aesthetic combines clean lines, neutral tones, and subtle brand highlights with contemporary lighting and ergonomic furniture. Every detail, from space planning to execution, was curated to maximize efficiency, elevate the employee experience, and seamlessly integrate La Lorraine’s identity into the workspace.
