The client requested a clean, modern aesthetic with functional layouts to support both focused work and team collaboration.

The brief included the development of key spaces such as:

• A welcoming reception area that leaves a strong first impression while incorporating brand elements subtly and stylishly.
• Open-plan workstations designed for comfort, flexibility, and efficient team communication, featuring ergonomic furniture and integrated storage solutions.
• Executive cabins that balance privacy and transparency, offering modern, well-lit personal workspaces with premium finishes.
• A conference room with acoustic control, designed for professional presentations, meetings, and video conferencing.
• A vibrant pantry and breakout zone, serving as a communal hub with varied seating, warm textures, and a relaxed ambiance to encourage informal interactions.

In response to Digital Nexa’s brief, HASHTAG INTERIORS developed a design solution that merges minimalism with brand identity, resulting in a workspace that is both functional and inspiring.

The office layout was planned to promote collaboration while offering areas for privacy and focus. A clean, inviting reception area sets the tone, featuring warm wooden textures, subtle branding, and soft lighting for a professional yet approachable welcome.

Workstations are arranged in an open-plan format, using ergonomic furniture, lavender-accented cabinetry, and exposed ceiling elements to create a dynamic, tech-forward environment. This area is visually open yet thoughtfully zoned for productivity.

Executive cabins are designed with simplicity and elegance—incorporating neutral palettes, large windows for natural light, and refined furnishings that support focused work in a quiet, elevated setting.

The conference room features a sleek boardroom table, integrated AV systems, acoustic treatments, and subtle brand accents—balancing formality with creativity for high-performance meetings.

The pantry area serves as a vibrant, social hub with bar seating, round tables, and a relaxed design language. Soft pastels, wood tones, and playful details like a dartboard make it a comfortable escape from desk work, encouraging informal interactions.

To support hybrid and quiet work needs, acoustic pods were introduced—standalone, soundproof spaces that enable phone calls or focused tasks without disruption to the open environment.

Every material, fixture, and finish was selected to align with Digital Nexa’s identity, creating a cohesive, future-ready workplace that enhances employee experience and reflects the company’s digital innovation and growth mindset.

Reception Area

A gradient-front reception desk, warm herringbone flooring, and minimalist décor create an inviting and professional first impression. The space subtly communicates Nexa’s identity through soft branding, carefully selected art, and ambient lighting.

Workstation Zone

Open work areas are designed with clean lines and subtle brand colors to foster focus and team synergy. Ergonomic furniture, white cabinetry with lavender accents, and exposed ceilings convey a tech-savvy, creative vibe—perfect for a digital firm.

Pantry & Breakout Zone

This lively zone combines functionality with warmth, using soft lavender tones, natural wood textures, and varied seating options. Designed to support informal meetings, coffee breaks, and team bonding, the pantry includes a high bar counter, dining tables, and a dartboard, all illuminated by bold linear lighting.

Executive Cabins

Each executive cabin is a calm, refined workspace featuring soft neutrals, comfortable seating, and expansive windows to bring in natural light. Touches of wood and accent walls provide a warm, personal feel while maintaining professionalism and privacy.

Conference Room

The main boardroom reflects focus and authority, with sleek black chairs, integrated AV systems, and acoustic panels for sound control. A soft lavender feature wall adds a modern touch, while the minimalist art and strategic lighting reinforce a high-end, corporate atmosphere.

Acoustic Pods

Two private acoustic pods provide quiet zones for calls, focused work, or one-on-one discussions. Set against a bold lavender feature wall and surrounded by plants, they offer both functionality and a pop of modern design within the open workspace.
